Worldwide shipping: 5 EUR

  • ​Your selected product will be shipped the next business day after receiving payment confirmation.
  • Receive your purchase within 3-6 business days after your order has been shipped. *

Omniva (Baltic states): 4 EUR

  • ​Your selected product will be shipped the next business day after receiving payment confirmation.
  • Receive your purchase within 2-3 business days after your order has been shipped. *

* Please note, that due to COVID-19 delivery of your order might take longer than usual.

Important information for customers ordering from third countries

Unfortunately International customs tax/charges are not within our control, thus you may be required to pay those depending on your location. You should contact your local customs office if you have any questions on that matter. Please be aware that the prices displayed on our website do not include any additional fees that may be added when your order arrives to your country. We are not responsible for any additional charges incurred during the delivery journey.

Exchanges & Returns

A return/exchange must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. 

We hope you love your pieces purchased from Shawl Concept. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange items that meet our eligibility requirements below:

  • The product must be returned with attached manufacturer's label. *
  • The product must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way and must be in a sell-able condition free from marks and stains. *

* Unfortunately, returns will not be accepted if the above requirements are not met.

To begin the return/exchange process, you should complete the following steps:

  • Contact us by the phone +37129204511 or via e-mail info@shawl-concept.com, indicating the order number, description of the problem and the return option you are willing to choose.
  • Return the product with the desired delivery method to the address - Jomas Street 52, Jurmala, Latvia, LV-2015. *

* Please note that returns are not free, thus you will be responsible for the postal fees. We will not be held liable for the loss of any returned item(s) during the transit back to us, thus we advise to send your goods back via a tracked service and retain a proof of postage until you receive a confimation of product arrival to us.
